222 EME Roving during January VHF Contest

Thank-you everyone for help with testing my updated 222 EME station.
It is very noisy at my location and I was only able to decode K1WHS.
I saw other signals but my noise was too high.

The H/V and RCP polarization switching works well.  It seemed that everyone could always copy me when I used RCP for TX.  This should make it easier to complete QSOs.

The new 222 antennas have a much cleaner pattern than the old antennas and noise pickup is reduced.

With the new antennas I can run up to 70 degrees elevation.

Based on the results yesterday I am planning to rove during the EME contest on 222 only with activations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights local time or starting approximately at these UTC times:
  • January 18 - 0500UTC
  • January 19 - 0700UTC
  • January 20 - 0800UTC
At this time I don't know when I will be in which states.
States I definitely plan on activating include FL, AL, MS.
I may do more states if weather permits.
