23CM Roving Station Works - Nov 6, 2021

I tried the complete 23cm station for the first time this morning with the PA I finished building this week.

I am running 300W to the feed of the 1.8M dish.  I can run up to 500W.

Only a few stations QRV at my moonrise today.  I completed two QSOs with good reports in both directions so I believe the station is ready to go.

In the photo below the PA is in the box in the foreground.  48V and 12V power supplies and autotransformer for 110V operation are in the covered box.

The red box on the table contains the rotator controller, remote control computer and power supplies for the feed electronics.

  KA6U Update - July 18, 2023 -  1130UTC Updated plan for Saturday July 22nd: Saturday July 22nd - MS EM43KH - 1700 - 1900UTC - 23cm and 70cm  Saturday July 22nd - AR EM43JG - 2000 - 2200UTC - 23cm and 70cm  There is a possibility that I may move the AR activation to Sunday July 23rd starting at 1800UTC. I will operate first on the east side of the Mississippi River in Mississippi and then cross the river into Arkansas.  I need 45 - 60 minutes to move the 70cm and 23cm stations.
