KA6U Update June 29, 2022  1400UTC

The next activations will be in Washington and Oregon starting tomorrow, Thursday June 30.  Based on success with dual-band operation at last stop I will operate dual band again.  I will start with 23cm and 70cm then switch to 23cm and 2M.

  • Washington - DN06MG37 - June 30, 2022
    • 1330UTC - 1500UTC 23cm and 70cm
    • 1500UTC - 1830UTC 23cm and 2M
    • 1830UTC until finished 222

  • Oregon - DN05JV47 - July 1, 2022
    • 1430UTC - 1600UTC 23cm and 70cm
    • 1600UTC - 1930UTC 23cm and 2M
    • 1930UTC until finished 222
If there are more 2M callers I will continue on 2M until complete.

Next states planned starting on July 3rd: Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, try New Mexico again

  KA6U Update - July 18, 2023 -  1130UTC Updated plan for Saturday July 22nd: Saturday July 22nd - MS EM43KH - 1700 - 1900UTC - 23cm and 70cm  Saturday July 22nd - AR EM43JG - 2000 - 2200UTC - 23cm and 70cm  There is a possibility that I may move the AR activation to Sunday July 23rd starting at 1800UTC. I will operate first on the east side of the Mississippi River in Mississippi and then cross the river into Arkansas.  I need 45 - 60 minutes to move the 70cm and 23cm stations.
