KA6U Update - September 5, 2022 - 1630UTC

I returned to Florida yesterday September 4.

Thank-you everyone who contacted me during the trip and thank-you for the financial contributions toward the cost of the trip.

This year the trip cost about $25,000 not including the cost of replacing my roving vehicle and shipping RV and Truck back to Florida.

I am planning some short trips this fall to include South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana on 23cm, 70cm if I can fix the PA and 222 EME.

I will make another post this week with a summary of QSOs, etc.

  KA6U Update - July 18, 2023 -  1130UTC Updated plan for Saturday July 22nd: Saturday July 22nd - MS EM43KH - 1700 - 1900UTC - 23cm and 70cm  Saturday July 22nd - AR EM43JG - 2000 - 2200UTC - 23cm and 70cm  There is a possibility that I may move the AR activation to Sunday July 23rd starting at 1800UTC. I will operate first on the east side of the Mississippi River in Mississippi and then cross the river into Arkansas.  I need 45 - 60 minutes to move the 70cm and 23cm stations.
