KA6U Update - October 30, 2022 -  2130UTC

Revised plan for November activations for better Moon windows and schedule change requests.
Note that Georgia activation data has changed
  • EM70NR - Georgia - 2200UTC Nov 5 - 0300UTC Nov 6 - Plan to operate on 23cm and 222 Mhz from Lake Seminole on the Georgia/Florida border.  I don't believe my new relays for 70cm will have arrived by then
  • EM31 - Louisiana - 2300UTC Nov 6 - 0400 Nov 7 - Plan to operate on 23cm and 222 near the LA/TX border
  • EM46 - Arkansas - 0400 - 0700UTC Nov 15 - 23cm, 70cm may be available, 222 by request
  • EM46 - Missouri - 0500 - 1000UTC Nov 16 - 23cm, 70cm may be available, 222 by request
  • EM56 - Tennessee - 0600 - 1100UTC Nov 17 - 23cm, 70cm may be available, 222 by request
  • EM99 - Ohio - 0900 - 1300UTC Nov 20 - 23cm, 70cm may be available, 222 by request
I am planning to visit 6 states in the next 3 weeks weather permitting.
I will definitely be on 23cm at all locations.
I will activate 222 in the states by request.  So far I have a request for LA.  Please send me email.
I expect to have 70cm for the part of the trip starting November 15th.  My PA is repaired, sequencer that caused failure is repaired.  If I operate 70cm I will operate at the same time I operate on 23cm.

At this point the weather looks ok, no extreme winter weather, down to 0 deg C on some nights.
But that could change.

  KA6U Update - July 18, 2023 -  1130UTC Updated plan for Saturday July 22nd: Saturday July 22nd - MS EM43KH - 1700 - 1900UTC - 23cm and 70cm  Saturday July 22nd - AR EM43JG - 2000 - 2200UTC - 23cm and 70cm  There is a possibility that I may move the AR activation to Sunday July 23rd starting at 1800UTC. I will operate first on the east side of the Mississippi River in Mississippi and then cross the river into Arkansas.  I need 45 - 60 minutes to move the 70cm and 23cm stations.
